How does our pricing work?

Our packages are all inclusive and are based on a per user, per month rate with prices starting from £35 to £150+ dependent on required services. It is possible to add additional bolt-ons to cover your specific needs.

Are there any setup costs?

There is an initial cost based on your total number of users linked to your iBKinetix subscription. This cost includes the necessary work to ensure that all your devices and team resources are registered and that policies are customised to the needs of your business. A dedicated service member will be available to support the transition to iBKinetix and offer training and resources as required.

Which package will be right for my business?

It's important to carefully consider the needs for your business. If you need support for applications and devices, whilst providing your team with direct access to create support requests. You should opt for our core package as the basic level doesn't provide these features.

What devices are supported?

A wide variety of devices are supported by iBKinetix including business class Windows, Mac OS. iPhone and Android

How fast can I start accessing iBKinetix?

The process for accessing iBKinetix is designed to be fast and efficient. Access to the service desk is typically available between 7 - 14 days with the full implementation taking on average 30 days. We always work with you to ensure the process takes account of your needs and that of your team.

Will I have a dedicated contact to work with?

Once you have signed up to iBKinetix you will be allocated a dedicated service contact. They are there to provide guidance on products and services, ensure you are kept up to date with the latest security notices and act as lead on future projects.
